Privacy and disclosures

What happens to the information you share here.

Plain language first. If anything here is unclear, call me at (270) 302-0524. Draft for legal review before launch

Information you give me

When you fill out a form on this website, I receive what you enter: usually your name, phone number, email address, the kind of coverage you are asking about and any message you write. If you check the consent box, I also receive a record that you agreed to calls and texts.

How I use it

I use your information to answer your request, to talk with you about insurance options, and to keep the records insurance rules require. If you ask me to get a quote or apply for coverage, I share the details an insurance company needs to do that.

What I do not do

  • I do not sell your information.
  • I do not share it with other agents, call centers or lead companies.
  • I do not ask for your Social Security number, Medicare number or medical records through this website.

Calls, texts and email

If you ask me to contact you, I will. Automated calls or texts happen only if you check the consent box, and consent is never a condition of buying anything. You can ask me to stop contacting you at any time. Calls about Medicare Advantage or Part D plans are recorded, as federal rules require.

Website analytics

This website may use cookies and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to understand which pages are useful. Those tools do not receive what you type into a form.

Your choices
